Overview Town and Country Resort is looking for an energetic Full-Time Banquets Public Area Attendant who takes pride in creating a spotless, inviting environment for our guests and event attendees. In this role, you'll be part of the action-keeping our banquet spaces sparkling, supporting event setups, and ensuring every space reflects the warmth and excitement that make Town and Country truly one of a kind. Keep our banquet spaces and public areas gleaming-from polished floors to spotless restrooms, corridors, and service zones. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Bring events to life by quickly refreshing spaces, clearing trash, and restocking supplies so every function shines from start to finish. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Jump in with the team to set up and break down tables, chairs, and event equipment, keeping the flow smooth and organized. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, ensuring every detail supports an exceptional experience. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Use cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely while upholding our high standards of cleanliness and safety. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Partner with the Banquets and Housekeeping teams to create seamless, memorable events that leave a lasting impression.

Prior experience in housekeeping, custodial, or public area work preferred-hospitality experience a plus! - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Friendly, dependable, and service-oriented with strong attention to detail. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the shift. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and handle cleaning equipment and furniture safely. - p]:pt-0 [&> p]:mb-2 [&> p]:my-0">
