Human Resources Coordinator I

Coordinates activities related to Talent Acquisition support, as well as administrative and project management support for Human Resources. Essential Functions Talent Acquisition: Assist Talent Acquisition team in recruiting prospective trainees and candidates for open training classes and positions across the HCR footprint. Source candidates using current tools. Conduct phone screens for candidates and reference checks for new hires. Assist in preparing, collecting, and reviewing new hire on-boarding paperwork/credentialling. Assist with preparing offer letters, send on-boarding emails, and follow-up with applicants. Review new hire files for accuracy and completeness, and coordinates with HR team. Human Resources: Assist with scanning personnel files into WorldView and ensure indexing is up to date and accurate. Responsible for running monthly vehicle maintenance report and distributing to Director, Administrative Operations. Acts as the primary contact for COVID tracking and follow-up. Conduct ongoing analysis regarding turnover tracking, to identify trends and areas for improvement. Process monthly termination report to assist with this analysis. Manage and process to resolution any Unemployment claims that are submitted by terminated employees. Act as back-up for HR Coordinator II, when needed. Other duties and special projects as assigned. Education Requirements Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Qualifications and Requirements ADP experience preferred. Detail-oriented. Ability to organize and lead projects and work under deadlines. Must be able to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
