MATERIAL HANDLER

Summary Our Material Handlers play a vital role in the production team, supporting various locations and ensuring smooth operations to meet customer demands. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Unload trucks and stock materials Picks and prepares customer orders for shipment Loads outbound trucks Maintains inventory and cycle count accuracy; troubleshoots inventory accuracy issues Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED plus 5 years of shipping experience in a warehouse environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proper lifting techniques required Vigilant about safety Quality-conscious, oriented to excellence Physical Demands The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and use proper lifting techniques at all times. Specific vision abilities required include close vision. The employee may occasionally stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. Travel Requirements Travel is not required for this position.
