We are seeking a Financial Advisor to build and grow a client practice using the Edward Jones model. The role offers comprehensive training, a competitive compensation structure, and strong support from branch and regional teams. Key Responsibilities Build relationships to create new clients via face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (e.g., residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, and speaking engagements). Deeply understand clients’ and prospective clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to accelerate trust and create personalized, comprehensive strategies. Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience consistent with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines. Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan to increase effectiveness and achieve desired business results. Create a highly engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability. Qualifications At least one of the following: a bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work‑related experience in the securities/financial services industry; financial services and/or sales experience; financial services registration, licensing, or certification; or professional/military career progression. Licensing Requirements SIE (obtained without firm sponsorship); Series 7 and Series 66 will be required. Registrations may be obtained at Edward Jones during the paid study period if not yet registered. FINRA registrations required within three months. State insurance licenses will also be required. Ongoing training and compliance with FINRA, SEC, and CE training to maintain licenses.
