Minimum Qualifications

• Education : Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
• License in Oregon : LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
• Experience :  Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages, welcoming therapists with expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults.

Position Details

• Location : Hybrid -Work from our Salem Office  while having the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week.
• Position Type :   Full-Time, W-2 Employee. 
• Client Caseload : Full-Time clinicians are expected to complete 22 sessions per week, with 28 appointments scheduled weekly to naturally account for routine cancellations and reschedules. Earnings are determined by the number of completed sessions, allowing flexibility and control over your schedule and income.

• A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer. Employment is contingent upon passing this check. 

What We Offer

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive Compensation : Compensation is based on billable services rendered. Brightways Clinicians make from $82,368 - $131,040 per year (working 4 or 5 days per week). Your income is based on the number of completed sessions, giving you flexibility and control over your schedule and earning potential.
• Guaranteed Onboarding Support: As you transition into Brightways, your schedule will fill over your first several weeks. During your first six weeks, you'll earn compensation under our standard compensation model for clients you see, while Brightways supplements your earnings so you can confidently build your caseload with the peace of mind of a guaranteed minimum of $1500 per week during your onboarding period.
• Up to 4 weeks of Paid Time Off: All Clinicians receive up to 2 weeks of PTO upon hire . In addition, clinicians have the opportunity to earn up to 2 additional weeks of PTO annually through our productivity based PTO program.  

• Supportive Environment : We provide a supportive and collaborative work environment designed to help you thrive in your career. In addition, we offer consultation support, giving you the opportunity to connect individually or in groups with our therapy consultants to maximize your growth, collaboration, and success. 
• Flexible Schedule : We support work-life balance and give you the autonomy to design a schedule that works for you. 
• Work Life Balance : A four-day workweek is absolutely an option - it's up to you whether to see clients over four or five days. 
• CEU Support : Access to CE4Less, an online continuing education platform approved for mental health professionals. Provides unlimited access to accredited courses to help maintain your licensure.
