Stocking, Merchandising, Grocery and delivery experience preferred. Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17.30 to $21.43 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

GENERAL PURPOSE

Our Order Replenishment Merchandisers play a pivotal role in ensuring our iconic brands are always available to our customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements
• Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards
• Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in

displays

• Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage
• Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales

routes * Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers

QUALIFICATIONS

* Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record

• Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over &

reach above head height * Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up. Preferred Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
