Interview Process Selected applicants will participate in a practical room walkthrough. Rather than relying only on traditional interview questions, we'll ask you to walk through a guest room and tell us what you notice before a guest arrives. We may also discuss how you would organize your workday to maintain exceptional quality while working efficiently. We believe the best housekeepers demonstrate their skills through observation, organization, pride in their work, and an efficient, well-planned workflow. Responsibilities: • What You'll Do Your responsibilities include: Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to an exceptional standard Make beds and prepare rooms for arriving guests Restock towels, amenities, and guest supplies Inspect your own work before leaving each room Assist with laundry and linen organization Maintain an organized housekeeping cart and work area Report maintenance concerns promptly Help keep public spaces clean and welcoming Support teammates when needed Qualifications: • Who You Are You naturally take pride in doing things well.
