Need some extra cash? Join our CulinArt nutrition team as a PRN Dietitian. Location: 100% Travel within the greater San Juan Capistrano, CA area. Schedule: As Needed, About 3–4 Events per Month. Requirement: Must be a Registered Dietitian with CDR; Sport Nutrition knowledge required. Pay: $50.00 / hr. Job Summary The Registered Dietitian will serve as a nutrition expert and wellness advocate for clients and customers. He/she will be responsible for implementing nutrition presentations and demonstrations that support monthly wellness‑themed promotions while maintaining CulinArt Group’s Food First philosophy and signature Eat Well program integrity. All interactions with internal team members or external customers must be conducted with the highest degree of professionalism, emphasizing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Effectively present nutrition and sustainability education, developed by CulinArt’s Wellness Director, across a variety of platforms for health fairs, lunch & learn, program launches, client meetings and café wellness events. Maintain in‑depth and current knowledge of child and adult nutrition guidelines as outlined by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the American Medical Association. Maintain current knowledge of CulinArt’s sustainability programs and initiatives. Assist in manager and team‑member food allergy and nutrition training programs. Maintain Registered Dietitian credentials and remain in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration by staying current with Professional Development Portfolio CPEs. Job Requirements BS in dietetics, culinary nutrition, food and nutrition, food service management or related field. Registered Dietitian in good standing with the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Sport Nutrition knowledge required. 100% travel within the San Juan Capistrano, CA area. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Experience in public speaking, preferably to all age groups. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. Culinary and/or foodservice experience preferred.
