Primary Responsibilities As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you will: Be the go‑to contact for our clients, ensuring total satisfaction and exceptional service. Educate clients on financial topics, offering insights on business investments, insurance, retirement solutions, and savings strategies. Requirements To qualify, you must be 18 years or older, a U.S. citizen, and successfully complete a background check. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must. A Life Producer license is required within two weeks of being hired. Preferred Qualifications Having a background in customer service, leadership, or management will serve you well in this role.
