Work Environment

You will be working onsite in a fully equipped rehabilitation facility that encourages collaboration among therapists and providing a vibrant atmosphere for patient interaction. Our center features modern equipment and resources that support therapeutic exercises and advanced rehabilitation techniques. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, understanding their goals and tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Implement personalized rehabilitation programs that may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to reduce pain and enhance mobility.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health.
• Advance patient recovery by promoting alternative methods to manage pain, reducing reliance on medications, and facilitating conversations about surgical options.
• Maintain accurate patient records, monitor progress, and conduct follow-up evaluations to ensure treatment efficacy.
• Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals while enhancing their overall health and well-being.
• Collaborate with other health professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive, high-quality patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The focus of our practice revolves around patients experiencing orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-operative rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. As part of our team, you will engage with a diverse client base across various age groups, tailoring therapy approaches to meet the specific needs and conditions of each individual.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience, specifically in orthopedic settings.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques, demonstrating strong hands-on skills in treatment.
• A proven track record of developing and implementing effective exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Exemplary communication skills to build rapport with patients and work effectively within a team.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of 2 years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have specialized training in advanced orthopedic techniques or certifications in manual therapy. Additionally, familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous, as it enhances documentation efficiency and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 110,000 and 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
