Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week | 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout the shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Respond to emergent situations and apply ACLS protocols as needed
• Perform and document NIHSS assessments as clinically indicated

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license — must be in hand at time of submission
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 18 months of Emergency Room experience within the past 3 years
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local travelers will not be considered

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma Emergency Department
• Strong critical thinking and triage assessment skills
• Familiarity with stroke protocols and neurological assessments
