WIS Retail Driver Associate - What You Will Do Safety First – drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to and from inventory events, adhering to traffic laws, vehicle inspections, maintenance, and daily cleaning. Count and record inventory with precision. Follow a clear, consistent workflow. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and benefit from productivity-based wage increases. Team Requirements Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs. Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is desirable. No inventory experience? Training provided. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort with handheld scanners or count tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Inventory Associate Driver Requirement Valid driver’s license within the state of residence for a minimum of 36 consecutive months. A minimum of three (3) years proven driving experience. Willingness to submit to pre-employment investigative consumer report, pre-employment screening, and MVR check. Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation to assigned locations. Availability to work flexible schedules, including very early mornings and/or late nights. Working Conditions This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods, perform repetitive motions, be in low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, crouching, use a ladder, lift up to 25 lbs, and travel via car and occasionally by plane, including overnight stays.
