Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour

Job Summary Come Back Clean is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team full-time. This role is based in a retirement community, where you will provide cleaning services for residents' rooms and common areas.

We are looking for someone who not only takes pride in their work but also has a heart for serving seniors with respect, integrity, and excellence.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard
Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting tasks
Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and maintained
Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
Interact with residents in a kind and respectful manner, upholding their dignity and comfort
Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines

Qualifications

Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (senior living or healthcare setting a plus)
Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with older adults
Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
High level of integrity and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods
