What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers and assessing their service needs.
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
• Maintain communication with technicians to ensure timely service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise during the service process.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.

 

What You’ll Bring:

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Experience as an Assistant Service Advisor, Express Service Advisor / Service Writer, Warranty Administrator, Parts Counter, Automotive Technician, Shop Foreman, BDC Service Representative, or Automotive Sales Consultant is highly transferable
• Experience with luxury, European or import brands is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required
