Phlebotomist II Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's Patient Service Center in Riverside, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced phlebotomist with strong patient-care and specimen-collection skills. Job Details Job Title: Phlebotomist II Location: 2906 NW Vivion Rd, Riverside, MO 64150 Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Central Pay Rate: $25.00/hour Job Type: Contract Job Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and blood collections accurately and efficiently. Perform pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Provide excellent customer service and create a positive patient experience. Verify patient information and properly label specimens. Process and handle specimens according to laboratory procedures. Accurately enter patient and specimen information into computer systems. Follow all safety, infection-control, and compliance procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Handle difficult draws and provide appropriate support to patients during the collection process. Communicate effectively with patients, coworkers, and healthcare professionals. Requirements 13 years of phlebotomy experience required. Experience with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. 2 years of Patient Service Center experience preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment highly preferred. Keyboarding and data-entry experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy and patient safety.
