About Oaklin Lane Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose‑built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. What you’ll do Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week Complete comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and share findings with families in plain language Provide one‑on‑one, play‑based 45‑minute physical therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence Deliver evidence‑based treatment across gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, and mobility Build treatment plans and goals that meet each kid where they are Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates Coordinate care with SLP and OT so every kid gets one connected plan Create a play‑based environment where kids are treated like kids first Why this role at Oaklin Lane Pay tied to the work itself You earn $100 per evaluation and $45 per 45‑minute session. A full caseload means a full schedule — clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide. A four-day clinic week Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make‑up sessions. PT sessions run 45 minutes, giving you real time to work through a full session with each kid.
