Customer Service Representative Details:
- Temporary position
- $16.00 to $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will have experience in sales and client services.
Mon-Fri 8 am-4:30 Pm $16/hr (The salary depends on the individual's experience and performance)
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in using computerized systems to record and track customer interactions. - Experience working in an office environment, with a strong understanding of office procedures and technology. - Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. - A strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. - A high school diploma or equivalent required; related college courses and fluency in Spanish would influence compensation
