iStaffing inc is hiring a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for light industrial clients in Rialto, CA . This full-time, onsite role focuses on running the staffing recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through onboarding, while keeping client relationships strong and the hiring experience moving quickly. As part of the team, you will help fill roles across warehouse and production environments, including positions such as warehouse associates, machine operators, assemblers, forklift drivers, and general laborers. Role Summary Own the full recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding . Drive high-volume hiring to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified talent for light industrial clients. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the staffing lifecycle. Provide a fast, reliable staffing experience . Key Responsibilities Manage the entire recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding. Support high-volume recruiting efforts for light industrial roles. Maintain strong client relationships. Deliver a fast, reliable staffing experience. Requirements 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in staffing or high-volume hiring. Familiarity with light industrial roles and work environments. Communication, relationship-building , and time-management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Proficiency with ATS systems , job boards , and sourcing tools . Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) . High sense of urgency and a customer service mindset . Resilient and solutions-oriented . Comfortable with high-volume workloads , with strong organization and attention to detail. Must be available to work overtime and be on call (weekends and early mornings).
