Role Description The Speech Language Pathologist is a full-time, on-site role based in Franklin, MA. In this position, the Speech Language Pathologist assesses, diagnoses, and treats communication and language disorders for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities across school, residential, and day program settings. Daily responsibilities include conducting evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering direct therapy services. The role involves collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, including behavioral analysts, educators, and families, to support communication goals and functional outcomes. The Speech Language Pathologist maintains accurate documentation, monitors progress, and participates in team meetings and trainings to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in Speech Therapy and treatment of Speech and Language Disorders. Experience working with Communication Disorders, including assessment and intervention planning. Knowledge and clinical experience in managing dysphagia related swallowing concerns. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Massachusetts. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program. Certification or eligibility for CCC-SLP from ASHA is preferred. Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in educational, residential, or clinical settings. Strong interpersonal, documentation, and collaborative skills, with the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
