We are seeking dependable and hardworking Heavy Labor Warehouse Associates with experience in assembly and production environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing physically demanding tasks, working in a fast-paced setting, and maintaining productivity while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and movement of materials throughout the warehouse
• Assemble products and components according to company specifications and production guidelines
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Assist with production line operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Package, label, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Meet daily production and performance goals
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, assembly, or production experience required
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and lift up to 50–75 pounds consistently
• Experience working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse and production setting
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
• May involve exposure to varying temperatures and loud noise levels.
