Guided by our values of safety, loyalty, integrity and respect, we are committed to delivering meaningful value for shareholders, customers, employees and the communities where we operate.Shift: 2nd or 3rd ShiftOvertime: Must be flexible to work daily or weekend overtime as neededPay: $28 - $37 an hour, plus shift differential ($0.60 /hr - 2nd & 3rd Shift)Location: 1925 Stone Court, Mishawaka, IN 46545The Opportunity:On the 2nd or 3rd shift: Primary duties include providing safe preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, timely electrical support, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and electrical experience (preferred), a familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics and have basic troubleshooting experience with proven ability of machine repair.How You Will Impact WestRock:Utilize electrical/mechanical skills to maintain machineryContribute to a collaborative safety culture that drives resultsProvide rapid response to ensure seamless productivity.What You Need To succeed:High school diploma or equivalent Military training and or Technical School preferred.2–3 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical systems down to the component level in a manufacturing environment.
