Job Details

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement quality plans, inspection procedures, and process documentation to ensure consistent product excellence
• Analyze data, identify trends, and drive proactive solutions using tools such as SPC, FMEA, and control plans
• Conduct internal, supplier, and product audits to verify compliance and resolve quality issues
• Perform root cause analysis and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives
• Support validation of new products, equipment, and processes through structured testing and verification
• Partner with cross functional teams and customers to maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by driving process enhancements and quality best practices

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum of two years of experience in quality experience within an automotive manufacturing environment
• Strong working knowledge of PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and CAPA methodologies
• Proficiency with data analysis and quality software tools
• ASQ CQE or Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for quality and operational excellence
