Location: Omak, WA | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type: Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising PT
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Familiarity with geriatric rehabilitation and restorative care programs
