What You'll Do

• Conduct mental health screenings and assessments based on records and clinical interviews
• Develop, implement, and adapt individual treatment plans for inmates
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis interventions tailored to inmate needs
• Document treatment activities and evaluations accurately in health records
• Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and materials
• Apply thorough psychological counseling techniques and evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with facility staff to support inmate mental health and safety

What You Need

• Valid licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist)
• Prior experience in mental health assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention
• Ability to work effectively in a correctional or similar setting
• Strong confidentiality and ethical standards
