Fraud Specialist II

Job TitlePerform research and loss mitigation efforts across multiple intake channels to decision Fraud Solution Service Delivery related cases and alerts. Researches and analyzes account activity to assess the level of risk and make decision in accordance with applicable corporate and departmental policies and procedures.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Specific activities may change from time to time.Analyze and decision multiple Fraud Solution Service Delivery related cases or alert types.Utilize banking systems to investigate and research all transactional information to ensure that Fraud Solution Service Delivery requirements are metConduct client researchUse critical thinking skills to make well supported decisions relative to the alert typeUtilize internal and external applications to assist in the investigation and research of all applicable alertsEfficiently and effectively resolve cases or alerts with awareness of all timelines as directed by relative to Fraud Solution Service Delivery functionSupport effective communication with internal and external partners or clientsParticipate in Fraud related training that may include webinars, periodicals and self-study in order to stay abreast of any related changing laws and regulationsQualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
