Occupational Therapist | Acute Care | Mammoth Lakes, CA | Start 09/14/2026 | 13 weeks | $2,265-$2,301 per week | 36 guaranteed hours per week | Days shift | Outpatient rehabilitation setting

- Setting: Outpatient rehabilitation services in the Mammoth Lakes area
- Housing assistance available (dorm-style, furnished accommodations) Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one OT care with 45-minute treatment sessions
- Perform comprehensive OT evaluations and measurements based on the patient’s diagnosis
- Set measurable goals and functional outcomes with input from physicians, patients, and families as appropriate
- Develop a logical, patient-centered treatment program and adjust the plan as needed, at minimum every 6 weeks
- Apply occupation-based therapy techniques and appropriate modalities for the diagnosis
- Document progress and generate timely progress notes to align with physician visits and insurance review processes
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other care team members to support patient care and discharge planning Requirements
- Current California OT license (licensed to practice in California)
- Graduate of an accredited OT program
- Outpatient and hand therapy experience required
- American Heart Association BLS certification
- Ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, ancillary staff, and patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting Benefits and Support
