Mission centered and nimble federally qualified health center seeks an Internal Medicine Physician in Waukegan, Illinois! 50 minutes from downtown Chicago!

About the role Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician:
- Full time, permanent position
- Provide ongoing comprehensive primary care alongside an interdisciplinary health care team

- Partner with hospitals close to our health centers to offer our patients imaging and specialty care regardless of their ability to pay
Background profile:
- Board eligible or certified in family medicine.
- Interest in and comfort with working with diverse patient population.
- Bilingual preferred- Spanish.
