Retail Stocking Team Leads play a key role in our store's leadership team by supporting the Retail Stocking Team Supervisor and guiding Receiving Associates. Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor. Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards. Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence. Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition. Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. Part‑time associates may be eligible for Burlington's benefits package, including medical coverage and a 401(k) plan, up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law.
