Join Our Team as a Family Medicine Physician

Become a valued member of our well-established primary care team located in Grand Junction, Colorado, on the beautiful Western Slope! We are currently looking for a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician who is passionate about delivering integrated, quality healthcare to all individuals.

Our organization operates two integrated primary care clinics and two school-based health centers, offering a comprehensive range of services including medical, dental, behavioral health, psychiatric, and pharmacy care. We have a strong mission-driven focus, with a long-standing commitment to providing outreach healthcare services to underserved populations, including those experiencing homelessness and migrant farm workers. Our clinics accept patients with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, commercial insurance, and those who are uninsured or underinsured, with a Sliding Fee Discount Scale available for eligible individuals.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, in-person role
• 4-day workweek with an average patient volume of 15-17 patients per day (4x10 schedule), with flexible scheduling options available
• Weekdays only , no weekends, and no on-call duties
• Focus on outpatient care
• Collaboration with Behavioral Health providers within each clinic pod
• Supportive team environment including Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, patient navigators, case managers, and care coordinators
• On-site pharmacy, dental, and psychiatric services
• Active quality improvement program with excellent outcomes
• Diverse scope of practice encompassing wellness visits, chronic disease management, and opportunities for in-office procedures based on your interests
• Engagement in collaborative practice with weekly Lunch & Learns

Candidate Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)
• Unrestricted Colorado physician license and DEA license
• Passionate about caring for patients of all ages
• Experience in integrated team-based care; prior experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is a plus
• Bilingual skills are advantageous

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $196,896 - $266,875, competitive base salary based on experience
