What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients visitors and employees at a front desk within a retail location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Monitor access to the location greet and direct visitors verify credentials as required and maintain visitor logs and/or entry records.
• Respond to incidents customer concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating matters according to established procedures.
• Monitor front desk communications including phones radios alarms and visitor notifications and promptly report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Support emergency response activities and provide clear directions to occupants and first responders when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
