As a Home Health Aide , you’ll contribute to our success in the following ways:

• Provide personal care support, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygieneassistance

• Assistclients with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities

• Prepare meals andassistwith feeding when needed

• Perform housekeeping,laundry, and household tasks

• Provide companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life

• Assistwith errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments (when applicable)

• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client

What is Required?

• HHAcertificationisrequiredfrom the State ofNew York

• High School Diploma or GEDpreferred

• Experience providing care to elderly or disabled individuals preferred (professional or personal experience)

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality

• Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes

• Ability to lift, stand, bend, andassistclients as needed(up to 50 pounds)
