In this role, you'll still be able to maintain relationships with residents, assist them with their dining needs, and gain kitchen experience, but you'll be challenged with the additional responsibilities of maintaining dining protocols and building rapport among staff! Lead Host Overview:Coordinates service activities in the main dining room, Personal Care and or Health Care settingOversees Front of House food service staff, ensures proper food handling, in accordance with established objectives, standards, policies, and proceduresAssists in the maintenance of sound inter-departmental relations of the dining service departmentResponsible for taking meal and beverage orders and serving requested items to residents, guests and employees and may also be responsible for serving at banquets or other special events as necessaryAssist with onboarding and training of new employeesEvery other weekend and every other holiday hours requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience providing quality customer services including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of customer satisfaction At Living Branches, a community with a 5-star CMS rating, our roots run deep!
