Location: The Learning Experience Columbus Circle, New York, NY
Pay: $20$24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, MondayFriday About The Learning Experience
At The Learning Experience, our teachers create nurturing classrooms where infants feel safe, supported, and ready to explore their world. Through our L.E.A.P. curriculum, we help even our youngest learners begin building communication skills, trust, and early developmental foundations in a joyful environment. The Learning Experience Columbus Circle is seeking a dedicated Infant Teacher who enjoys supporting early milestones through responsive care and meaningful interaction. Responsibilities
Provide attentive, responsive care in a safe and engaging infant classroom
Support feeding, diapering, naps, and individualized daily routines
Implement sensory and language-rich activities aligned with the L.E.A.P. curriculum
Track developmental progress and maintain classroom documentation
Partner with families through daily communication and updates
Maintain compliance with NYC childcare licensing and safety standards
Collaborate with teaching team to ensure a consistent classroom experience Qualifications
One of the following required:
- Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education
- CDA credential
- High school diploma plus 5 years of professional childcare experience
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices
Must meet NYC childcare licensing requirements Apply Today
