As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.25 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeTue07:00 AM - 03:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns. Respond to incidents, tenant and visitor concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures. Prepare clear, accurate reports and promptly communicate incidents, observations, and maintenance-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: A guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
