Permanent opening due to organizational growth Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible: Family Medicine physician Internal Medicine physician Medicare-focused patient population (65) Hybrid schedule Four onsite days per week (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) One remote day per week Monday-Friday schedule Part-time option available Light call schedule Approximately two evenings per month Approximately two weekends per year Average patient volume: 15-18 patients per day Comprehensive, team-based primary care model Focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and social support In-clinic and virtual care options Coordinate care with specialists and hospitals Emphasis on social determinants of health including housing, food security, and loneliness Work alongside another physician and three APPs No APP supervision required EMR: Athena Visa sponsorship not available Allow RecruitWell to set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more!
