Technical Project Manager - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Technical Project Manager for a Global Financial Institution located in Seattle, WA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is accountable for the creation and development of technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives. The selected candidate will manage a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives, serving as a single point of contact between business partners and internal IT management to translate strategy into work programs and processes. This position requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of three days per week onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Direct lower-level managers, team leaders, or a specialty function
• Oversee the implementation of programs, projects, or processes
• Work with partners to develop and drive technology solutions and business case development
• Serve as a single point of contact and escalation point between the business area and internal IT
• Own and manage a component of a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives
• Provide technical leadership as a proactive and strategic business partner

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager
• Experience in design principles and design patterns
• Strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC) process
• Good understanding of financial/banking processes and domain
• Experience working on a team with the Agile Methodology
• Experience gathering requirements into Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epics, user stories, flow diagrams, data mapping, and test plans
• Extensive experience working in an Agile Scrum Master environment
• Experience with JIRA, Rally, or similar Agile project management software
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Wiki, and SharePoint tools

Pay range: $58.33 - $66.33 per hour
