RETAIL CAFE & COFFEE MANAGER - MIAMI, FL

Eurest Position Title: Retail Cafe & Coffee Manager – Miami, FL Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 Job Summary The Retail Cafe & Coffee Manager position is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, entrepreneurial manager who is constantly seeking a better way to conduct business. Our Retail Managers are responsible for the successful retail/cafeteria operation, including planning and supervision of special functions, maintaining cash controls and payroll records, hiring and training hourly team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction and public relations through safe and efficient use of resources. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in cafe management, demonstrate strong financial acumen, and possess a solid background in coffee operations and service. Must be flexible to work varying hours of operation based on business needs: Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, Saturday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM, Sunday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
