Banking & Finance Associate AmLaw & Large Firm OpportunitiesAligned Talent Acquisition is currently working with several AmLaw and large national law firms seeking Banking & Finance Associates to join growing finance platforms in Charlotte.
These opportunities offer the ability to work on sophisticated financing transactions representing financial institutions, private credit funds, lenders, sponsors, and corporate borrowers within highly regarded national finance practices.
The Role• Syndicated lending transactions
• Acquisition finance matters
• Secured lending and leveraged finance work
• Asset-based and cash flow lending transactions
• Private credit and sponsor-side finance matters
• Direct client interaction and substantive deal responsibility
• Collaboration with sophisticated national finance teams
• Approximately 3–7 years of banking & finance experience
• Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition finance, private credit, leveraged finance, or secured transactions preferred
• Large law firm or sophisticated finance platform experience strongly preferred
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
• North Carolina bar admission preferred or ability to waive in
• Sophisticated national finance platforms with strong deal flow
• Charlotte-based practices with national reach
• Hybrid flexibility at many firms
• Clear long-term growth potential
• Opportunities ranging from elite lender-side practices to more lifestyle-focused platforms
Expected compensation ranges from approximately $240,000 – $390,000+ depending on class year, experience, and overall background.
