The Client Engagement Department engages internally with our business stakeholders and externally with our brokers policyholders and TPA clients. We work to drive strategic partnerships enhance client relationships and optimize account management strategies. This group is instrumental in expanding our market presence strengthening client retention and fostering long-term business relationships that contribute to revenue growth and operational excellence focused on the voice of the customer.

Role Description:

Are you passionate about turning data into actionable insights that drive business growth Do you thrive at the intersection of analytics technology and strategic collaboration As our Revenue Optimization Manager youll play an integral role in advancing Safety Nationals revenue strategies by leveraging data optimizing processes and empowering teams to make informed business decisions.

In this role youll partner closely with revenue teams leadership and broker relations professionals to identify growth opportunities enhance operational efficiencies and strengthen our approach to revenue optimization. Youll transform complex data into meaningful insights develop innovative reporting solutions and help shape revenue goals across the organization. Your expertise in analytics CRM systems and business intelligence tools will be essential in driving continuous improvement and ensuring our teams have the information and resources needed to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitor revenue metrics forecasts and leading indicators to identify emerging trends evaluate performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with revenue teams and broker carrier relations professionals to develop growth strategies improve business processes and enhance the sales onboarding and renewal experience.
• Analyze data from multiple sources and develop comprehensive reports interactive dashboards and analytical models using Excel Salesforce Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Support the development of annual revenue growth goals across the enterprise broker relationships regional offices teams and individuals through historical analysis and statistical forecasting.
• Oversee Salesforce pipeline data quality enrichment and maintenance to support accurate reporting forecasting and strategic decision-making.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the sales technology stack identifying opportunities to improve user experience streamline processes and enhance system capabilities.
• Partner with Systems Operations and internal analytics teams to coordinate Salesforce enhancements automation initiatives data improvements and user adoption.
• Champion data literacy by developing and delivering Salesforce training maintaining best practices documentation and helping employees effectively leverage available tools and information.
• Evaluate territory assignments and productivity trends to recommend adjustments that support revenue growth and operational effectiveness.
• Develop compelling sales presentations and strategic reports that combine quantitative insights industry intelligence and market trends.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies business intelligence capabilities and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Travel to regional offices as needed to facilitate training strengthen collaboration and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education:

• A bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting Data Science or a related analytical field is required.
• Masters degree in a related field is preferred.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 or more years of progressive experience in revenue sales marketing business operations business analytics or a related field.
• 2 or more years of experience in analytical reporting and data visualization.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems data warehouses and business intelligence tools such as Salesforce Snowflake Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex information into actionable business strategies.
• Comprehensive understanding of sales marketing business processes and application development concepts.
• Ability to analyze business performance identify growth opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations that support organizational objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present technical information and complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships across departments and adapt to changing business priorities.
• Demonstrated initiative sound business judgment and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Willingness and ability to travel overnight including visits to regional offices as business needs require.
• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience developing CRM reports business intelligence dashboards data visualizations and automated reporting solutions.
• Experience using Salesforce to support sales operations pipeline management revenue forecasting and data quality initiatives.
• Knowledge of the commercial insurance industry including broker relationships revenue operations and insurance sales processes.
• Experience applying statistical forecasting techniques and historical data analysis to support revenue planning and goal development.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams on CRM enhancements workflow automation system integrations and user experience improvements.
• Experience developing and delivering technical training to non-technical audiences including creating training materials and best practices documentation.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar platforms for maintaining process documentation and training resources.
• Experience evaluating sales territory performance productivity metrics and opportunities for revenue optimization.

The target base salary range for this position is $88000 to $113500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidates particular combination of knowledge skills competencies experience and geographic location.
