Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year, you’ll work closely with students, educators, and families to help students achieve their full potential. This position is based near Janesville, WI and offers a collaborative atmosphere focused on student growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license is required
• Prior experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical candidates considered
• Ability to work effectively with children and adolescents
• Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs across grade levels
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and write progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and support staff
• Provide direct and consultative services that support academic achievement and social development
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Engage families in the therapy process and offer strategies for home support
