Position The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and partnering with leadership to bring top talent into the organization. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role requires attention to detail, understanding of business mission/values and ability to employ innovative TA practices. Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle of assigned requisitions, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding. Leverage knowledge of our business needs and search requirements to effectively match candidates with roles. Partner with hiring leadership to understand business needs and team dynamics Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
