- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of trash properly.
- Operate light equipment like back pack blowers and manual trash grabbers and brooms.
- Document service completion and report property issues (lights out, potholes, dumping, etc.).
- Follow company safety rules and traffic laws.
- Properly use company apps and systems to document progress.
- Keep beds and landscaping free of debris.
- Take large items that have been dumped illegally to the proper disposal location.
- Work at two-three locations on a daily basis.
- Valid driver’s license with clean record (CDL not required but a plus).
- Prior sweeper truck, equipment, or commercial driving experience preferred.
- Able to work independently as well as working with a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Able to sit for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Early Shift : 6:00AM – 3:00 PM
