Customer Service Ambassador - French Speaker

Summary French-speaking Customer Service Ambassador based in Bridgewater, NJ responsible for managing the order-to-cash flow for an assigned B2B customer portfolio. Acts as the primary point of contact for commercial, logistics and product inquiries and works closely with sales, planning and logistics teams to ensure timely order management and delivery. Supports sales events and contributes to process and system improvements to enhance customer service delivery. Responsibilities Manage customer master data ensuring accuracy, completeness and integrity Process orders from acquisition to entry in compliance with agreed trade terms Liaise with planning, logistics and customers to manage delivery, resolve issues and handle backorders Manage goods returns and act as first point of contact for commercial, logistics and product claims Support sales events, customer trainings and onsite visits and produce sales/customer-related reporting Implement and enhance customer service procedures, processes and systems and participate in sales-related projects Requirements Minimum 1 year of B2B customer service experience preferred Fluent in French and English with proven customer-facing experience Sales experience in a controlled environment and SAP experience are advantageous Strong knowledge of order-to-cash flows, Incoterms and customs rules Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; team player with problem-solving and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
