ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2024 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before entering the insurance industry, I spent 20 years in the automotive business. After leaving that industry, I realized I could continue making a difference by helping people protect what matters most through insurance. I'm a graduate of Robert Morris, married with children, and enjoy spending time with my family and playing golf whenever I can.

Our agency enjoys staying involved in the community by supporting our local school district and building relationships with the families we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Paul Santone - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
Leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
