Senior Business Analyst Or Project ManagerWe need: A senior Business Analyst or Project Manager with extensive experience supporting Shared Services Projects around Technology expenses. Must have experience with tracking and projecting technology expenses such as CTB/RTB labor, software capitalization/IDS amort, capital expenditures, space, third-party software, and other IP&C. This is part of the shared services cost transparency effort. Candidates need to have shared services and CTB/RTB labor experience outlined on resume. Candidates must have long projects/good tenure, excellent communication skills, and a state issued ID showing they are local.1. How many years working with: Business Analyst or Project Manager2. How many years working with: Banking/Capital Markets/FISKey Responsibilities:Lead program management and coordination efforts to define and implement a solution to systematically track and report upon Shared Services Technology expenses by expense driversFacilitate working sessions with key stakeholders in finance and across technology divisions to document requirements on key expense categories and expense drivers along with options to systematically trackFacilitate implementation of requirements, install required testing and business validation check points and manage quality assurance / user acceptance testing ("QA/UAT") cyclesDevelop and own project plan, status updates, requirements document/Jira board, and run daily stand upsProvide credible challenge to technology division and finance leadership on the proposed bucketing and tracking of expense driversKey Qualifications:Experience working in a Tech CFO/Tech Finance organization at a large financial institutionsKnowledge of the different drivers of shared services technology expenses are how they are allocated back to lines of businessExperience with tracking and projecting technology expenses such as CTB/RTB labor, software capitalization/IDS amort, capital expenditures, space, third-party software, and other IP&CExperience in working with technology budgets, expense/P&L management, and multi-year planningGeneral knowledge of key technology products and services in the financial services industryExperience in facilitating working sessions to elicit requirements and overseeing implementation of sustainable reporting solutionsAbility to manage a program end-to-end, including development of program plan, stakeholder coordination, status updates, and implementation tracking and oversight RIT Solutions
