You'll be focused on building relationships with candidates, learning our process, and becoming a trusted advisor in their careers. As you ramp, your role expands into a full-desk recruiter where you'll be running searches, managing accounts, and helping clients hire top talent from first interview to final offer.We work in a high-feedback, high-ownership environment.
