Online Adjunct Instructor - Special Education

Online Adjunct Instructor - Special Education is a part-time position responsible for providing online instruction in special education and elementary education courses, facilitating discussions, assessing student performance, and supporting student success. Key Responsibilities Facilitate weekly main discussion forums to engage students in the online classroom Adhere to weekly grading requirements, deadlines, and timeframes Respond to students' questions and emails within established timeframes Required Qualifications Preferred: Doctorate in Special Education, Elementary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Learning and Teaching, Educational Psychology, or Psychology Minimum: Master's in Special Education or Elementary Education or Curriculum and Instruction with two areas of exceptional expertise Five years of experience as a special education and/or elementary classroom teacher or related instructional role Valid state teacher full special education and elementary education teaching certification At least six graduate credits in educational psychology or related fields
