Responsibilities

Warehouse Associate – FBA & Order Fulfillment

With this team continuing to expand, we are looking for adaptable, energetic Warehouse Associates to join a growing order fulfillment team as we head into our busy season. Long term opporunity, contract to hire. In this role, you will play a key part in our FBA workflow—focusing on kitting, packaging, labeling, and inventory organization. You’ll receive direct, hands-on training from day one, giving you the tools to succeed as our volume ramps up. Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• FBA Kitting & Prep: Accurately assemble multi-item kits, bag, package, and barcode/label products according to specific FBA guidelines.

• Order Fulfillment & Organization: Efficiently pick, pack, and organize inventory to keep peak-season shipping targets on track.

• Adaptability & Growth: Demonstrate a willingness to learn through hands-on training, cross-train on different station tasks, and adapt as team priorities shift during high-volume periods.

• Requirements: attention to detail, reliability, basic scanner/computer literacy, and the physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 10-40 lbs throughout a shift. Prior warehouse or FBA experience is a plus, but a great work ethic and eagerness to learn are top priorities!

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 25lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week
