You will be working across both Marketing strategy and Marketing execution teams to understand the intent of the offer, ensuring the best customer experience. Additionally you will also partner with the technology and agile product teams to provide strategic guidance and support on designing, building and delivering new offer capabilitiesJob Responsibilities:Partner with Marketing strategy and execution teams to conduct feasibility analysis for new offers and campaignsProvide guidance and support on current capabilities and recommend the best use of those to meet business objectivesLead the build and delivery of net new capabilities working with multiple partners across Marketing, Product, Digital and Branch Behavior TeamsSet-up Marketing offers ranging from acquisition and deepening across multiple lines of business with flawless executionCross referencing Marketing collateral to ensure the offer set-up aligns with strategic intentIdentify and implement changes to the Offer management UI that can lead to increase in operational efficiencies and reduce scope of errorsIdentify opportunities for continued customer and banker education to reduce customer experience friction pointsRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills:3 + years’ experience working in customer support role specifically in the Branch or Customer Care environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills as to be able to express information clearly and accuratelyAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment where changing priorities is commonMust be a self-starter with a strong work ethic who craves always improving the customer/banker experienceAbility to work as part of a team with the desire to constantly learn and be curiousAbility to always maintain a positive mindset and professional attitudeImpeccable attention to detailPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and 3 years’ experience working in customer support role specifically in a branch or customer care environmentAbility to recognize patterns and determine potential problem spots versus training opportunitiesExperience working directly or supporting banking productsAnalytical skills and experience to turn data into strategic and operational insightAn understanding of Marketing workflows and proceduresCampaign management experienceChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
