MaineGeneral is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Endoscopy Technician (CNA) to join our team at the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta. This role plays a key part in both patient care and procedural support within the Endoscopy Unit. Position Details Job Title: Endoscopy Technician (CNA) Location: Alfond Center for Health, Augusta Schedule: Part‑time, 36 hours/week, Day shift Responsibilities Assist physicians and nurses with performing procedures and providing patient care. Obtain tissue and bodily fluid specimens. Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment and supplies. Perform endoscope re‑processing. Maintain the GI procedure area in a clean, safe condition. Ensure necessary equipment and supplies are available for procedures. Qualifications Active State of Maine Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and technical support skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
